It’s ideal for creating decorative finishes, blending weld seams, and preparing metal surfaces for coatings or final presentation. Powered by a 14.5 amp LongLife motor with a high-torque bevel gear drive, it delivers up to 3,000 RPM with consistent power under load. Full-wave Vario-Tacho-Constamatic (VTC) electronics with thumbwheel allow customized speeds, while safety features include electronic soft start, overload protection, restart protection, and auto-stop carbon brushes. The burnishing machine comes complete with a side handle, expansion roller, P80 sanding belts, a P280 nylon-web grinding wheel, a P80 flap wheel, two P180 lamellar/nylon-web wheels, and a metaBOX 185 XL.
