The Senior Human Resource Manager  role is to assess and anticipate human resources-related needs of Koki Holdings America, Ltd., which has over 200 staff, and growing, primarily in Braselton, Georgia, with sales employees also in various locations in the US.   This position requires a true strategic business partner who is hands-on, collaborative and capable of building consensus and commitment toward shared outcomes. 



  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Design and implement a competitive compensation system and benefit package to attract and retain staff.
  • Works within company financial strategies in operating HR functions and aligning monetary resources by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts to ensure that the organization is effectively and efficiently sourcing and selecting the right candidates.
  • Identify ways to increase staff retention and productivity, including strategies to enhance employee engagement, leadership, training, staff development, feedback and coaching.
  • Mitigate legal risk to the organization through proactive training and education, clear systems and processes for managing conflicts with and between employees, handling and investigating complaints of harassment/discrimination and other unjust practice allegations.
  • Collaborate with the legal department when necessary
  • Lead and develop a team of two staff.
  • Conform to all Koki Holdings policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned.






  • Must have Bachelor’s Degree
  • SPHR and/or HRCI certification required
  • Must have at least 8 years of experience in Human Resources Department, in a variety of functions, at least 3 supervising and developing staff. partnering directly with senior leadership to develop, align and implement HR and organizational development strategies
