A fast-paced, diverse role working with existing and new customers primarily by phone or email, conducting field visits as necessary, to increase sales of tools and accessories at Koki Holdings America. Coordinating with field sales team members to ensure goals are met. 

Reporting to: Director of Sales & Marketing


  • Design and implementation of successful sales programs in the Independent Channel for all levels of customers.
  • Ensure effective promotional communication from Channel / Marketing to Field AND from Field to Channel / Marketing.
  • Investigate market trends within Independent Channel, presenting findings to Product / Channel Management Teams.
  • Study pricing at the retail and vendor level to ensure product is priced correctly for success.
  • Gather forecasts on new items with input from the sales field, relevant customers, and marketing.
  • Define and manage projects from start to finish relating to end-user promotion, key account initiatives etc.
  • Monitor actual sales and sales leads, keep track of sales and generate reports that cover sales forecasting, goals and results
  • Attend all new product meetings and relay requests and pertinent information out to Independent Channel Team.
  • Travel 25% or less – Local & National.


Communication Skills: Capable of working Inside sales reps speak to Account Executives, Regional Managers, and all internal departments. Must be able to listen and clearly communicate the correct information to different parties.

Flexibility: Inside Sales Specialist must be flexible in job function. This is an exciting role an agile candidate.

Organized and persistent: Driving and tracking projects, ensuring company initiatives are being completed and results evaluated.

Basic power tool knowledge is helpful but not a requirement.

Excel, PowerPoint, and Word: Must be very experienced with these programs, but especially Excel (vlookup, pivot table etc.).


Must have an Associate’s Degree or two (2) years or above sales (field or inhouse based) desirable.
